The Charter Oak Behavioral Health Program covers your behavioral health services. Behavioral health care is for people who need help with their emotional or mental health, or who abuse drugs or alcohol or need other services.
You do not need a PCP referral to get behavioral health services. You must use a provider on the Charter Oak Behavioral Health Program’s list.
