Welcome to Aetna Better Health. This plan is an option for people enrolled in the Illinois Integrated Care Program (ICP). ICP is for adults with a disability ages 19 through 64 or adults age 65 and above. They qualify for Medicaid, but not Medicare.
Members must live in one of these counties: Suburban Cook (ZIP codes that don't begin with 606), DuPage, Kane, Kankakee, Lake and Will.

What is integrated care?
We understand that everyone has different needs. We want to work with you to help you reach your health goals. We are focused on making sure you get the health care you need.
We also know that health care can be confusing. That's why our Member Services Department is open to answer your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except state holidays). Call us with questions about your benefits or for help choosing a provider. We can also help solve problems getting health care services. Our Member Services phone number is 1-866-212-2851.
We can give you information in another format or language. This includes enrollment materials. We have audio CD-ROM, large print, cassette tape or Braille. Our member materials are also available in Spanish. We offer language interpretation services, including sign language, as well as CART reporting for the hearing impaired.
