Do you need help understanding your enrollment or member information? We can help you.

 

We have member materials in Braille, in large print and on CDs.  For our members who don’t speak English as their first language, our member materials are available in other languages. We also offer translation services, including sign language, at no cost to you. For more information or to request language services, call Member Services.

Transportation services

Transportation services

Need a little extra help getting to and from your doctor appointments? We’ll give you a lift for free. Whether you’re going to see your primary doctor, a specialist or a therapist, we’ll pick you up. Just call Member Services at least three business days before your appointment. Or call right away if it’s an emergency. Read more about our transportation services here.

California Department of Health Care Services — Medi-Cal

California Department of Health Care Services — Medi-Cal

Medi-Cal is California’s Medicaid program. Aetna Better Health of California provides you with your coverage. But you need to apply to Medi-Cal before we can cover you. You can contact Medi-Cal if you have any questions about eligibility or the application process.

2-1-1 CA

“2-1-1 CA” is a great resource that connects Californians to health and human services in their community, 24/7. This free and confidential service helps you find the resources you need close to home. You can call “2-1-1 CA” to search for things like food pantries, housing, job training, after-school programs and more.  

CalFresh

CalFresh

CalFresh is a nutrition program that helps families buy healthy foods. If you qualify for CalFresh, you’ll get an electronic benefit transfer (EBT) card that works like a debit card. You can use it at most grocery stores and farmers markets to buy food.

United Ways of California

United Ways of California is a state program that invests in helping low-income children and families. Each year, they raise over $200 million for education, money management services and health care. They provide nutrition programs, school supplies and mentoring for students. They have programs that help you get your taxes ready for free and much more.

California Smokers’ Helpline

 

Do you or a loved one need help quitting tobacco? The California Smokers’ Helpline is there for you. They’re a free stop-smoking program that doubles your chance of quitting for good. They offer telephone counseling, self-help materials, a texting program that works in real time and more.
