Our Provider Services team
After you join our network, we will assign a Network Relations Representative to your facility. They will be your primary point of contact with our plan. Your representative will share important information with you. They’ll also help you with any administrative or operational concerns.
Our Provider Services representatives are responsible for the overall management of the Aetna Better Health network. The team will work to:
- Educate you on administrative policies and procedures
- Communicate changes and updates that help you in the efficient administration of our plans
- Advocate on your behalf to resolve issues
- Manage changes to the demographic information of participating providers
