Our provider training

At Aetna Better Health® of California, we make sure our providers have the right tools and resources to take care of our members. We’ve gathered some helpful links and training videos to make your transition to our team as smooth and easy as possible. Get started with your provider orientation today.

Orientation schedule

Orientations will be held weekly, on Wednesdays at 12 PM. If you wish to participate, you can RSVP by emailing our Provider Services team.

Joining our team

Joining our team

We hold our initial provider orientation within 10 days of adding a new provider to our database. All providers must complete orientation before they can provide services to Aetna Better Health® of California members.

 

We would like to invite you and your office staff to join us for our provider orientation. You’ll learn important information about the programs and services we provide. You’ll learn more about our:

  • Policies and procedures
