Through Availity, providers will have access to the following :
- Check member eligibility
- Search and initiate authorizations
- Access the prior authorization requirement search tool
- Search claims status and view claim details
- View PDF remittance advice through the claim detail window under “view EOB”
- Register for EFT/ERA
- Access Business Intelligence Reports

If you are new to Availity and want to register your provider organization, you'll begin by creating your Availity user account. You 'll start by clicking Register on the Availity home page to create your user account at https://apps.availity.com/web/onboarding/portal-entry/#/create-account, or for additional assistance please contact Availity Client Services at 1-800-282-4548 between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Eastern, Monday through Friday.
Additionally, there are also many free on-demand and live training events in the Availity Learning Center (ALC). To access these webinars and training opportunities, once logged in select Help & Training > Get Trained to search the ALC catalog. For trainings applicable to Aetna Better Health, use keyword search “ABHMC” in the Availity Learning Center.
