Mental health has to do with our emotions and social well-being. Do you or some you love need help with mental health issues? Conditions like depression and anxiety are common. If you’re thinking of hurting yourself or someone else, get help right away.

Behavioral health has to do with your mood, thoughts and actions. You may be too sad or nervous to do your normal daily activities. Or you may have issues with substance use, such as drinking or using drugs.

The good news? We can help. You’ll likely need to see a counselor to help you make changes. You may also need medication to help improve behavioral health.
