Enrollee Advisory Committee (EAC)

Plan members, providers and representatives join to form the EAC. Together, we come up with ways to improve:

Member medical care and our outreach plans

Member materials
Communication and care for members who speak a main language other than English
Phone services for Members
Transportation services for Members

Who can join EAC

We’re always looking for help finding better ways to do things. To join EAC, you must be:

At least 18 years of age
A Member for at least the last 90 days
Able to attend meetings in person or by phone four times a year (you can get reimbursement for travel costs)

Getting started

It’s easy to join EAC. Just download the right form:

Then, fill out the form and send it to the address on the form. You can also call Member Services at 1-855-242-0802 (TTY: 711). We’re here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
