If you’re deaf or blind, we can give you information in other formats. These include sign language, braille, large-sized print and audio.

Transportation

Need transportation? You may be able to get one for a medical reason, such as:

  • Getting to doctor, dental, vision or physical therapy visits

  • Picking up prescription medicines at the pharmacy

First, check with your local health department. See if they cover transportation. If not, just call us at 1-866-827-2710 (TTY: 711). Be sure to call at least 72 business hours before you need transportation. Have an emergency? Transportation is covered. Just call 911
