Member Advisory Committee

Aetna Better Health of New York‘s Member Advisory Committee (MAC) gives you a place to talk to other Aetna members and to our staff. We would like you to join our MAC. The MAC gives you the chance to tell us what you think about our health plan. You can tell us how we can make things better for you, our member. MAC members can also be family members or legal guardians of members, advocates, and community stakeholders. If you have questions, call Member Services at 1-855-456-9126, TTY 711, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We’re always looking for members ideas and suggestions to help us improve. You are welcome to join our Member Advisory Committee. To join you must be:

• A member of Aetna Better Health of New York for at least the last 90 days.
• Willing to attend meetings in person or by phone 4-6 times a year. If you attend the meetings in person, we will provide transportation at no cost to you.
