Deactivating your online user account 

If you no longer wish to have an online user account, you can ask for it to be removed. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to use your member portal or access any info or rewards linked to your account. 

Note: Deactivating your online user account does not cancel your membership or benefits. You’re still an existing Aetna Better Health member.
