Additional benefits

We know taking care of your overall health is important to you. That is why we offer our members additional benefits that are not covered by traditional Medicare.

You have $150 annual allowance to buy certain home and bathroom safety items that can help you manage physical impairments and to help you move safely around your home.

If you are diagnosed with a chronic condition, you may be eligible to receive a Healthy Foods Card.

The Healthy Foods Card is a benefit card with an allowance to use toward the purchase of healthy and nutritious foods and produce.

To find out if you are eligible to receive the Healthy Foods Card, contact your Aetna® care team at 1-855-463-0933 (TTY: 711).

After discharge from approved facilities you may be eligible to receive up to 14 meals over a seven-day period delivered to your home. After our plan confirms that this benefit will help support your recovery or manage your health conditions, you will be contacted by our partner, GA Foods, to schedule delivery.

Hearing benefits

  • 1 routine exam every year
  • 1 fitting/evaluation for hearing aids every year
  • Hearing aids $2,500 per ear, each year

We will provide non-emergency rides that will include up to 48 one-way trips:

  • Appointments for medical, dental, vision, hearing, podiatry and behavioral health services
  • Grocery store, food pantries, farmers markets
  • Library
  • Department of motor vehicles (DMV)
  • Place of worship
  • Exercise classes/gym/swim lessons/weight management classes
  • WIC (Women, Children, and Infants) Office
  • Disability resource center
  • Smoking cessation sessions

Trips are limited to 50 miles each way.

Get $315 every quarter of OTC medication and supplies mailed directly to where you live. OTC medication is limited to approved items.

Your vision benefits are administered through VSP.

SilversSneakers® is a fitness program that provides access to fitness centers and specialized fitness classes for members at no added cost.

To help you stop smoking you can get:

  • Unlimited counseling sessions (can be accessed at here or through your approved Medicare provider)
  • Nicotine patches through OTC benefit
  • Some prescription medications without prior authorization

Your Dental Benefits are administered through DentaQuest

Utilize $2,000 for dental services, including dentures

  • Preventive: Exams and cleanings 2 times a year; 1 set of x-rays a year; fluoride one time a year
  • Comprehensive: Fillings, extractions, root canal, crowns, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery and adjunctive services
