As an eligible Aetna Better Health member, women between the ages of 10 to 55, you will be able to connect with CVS Pharmacy each month to receive free menstrual products delivered directly to your door. To receive coverage, you must choose products from the list of approved OTC items. So be sure to check the OTC item list (PDF) before placing your order.
How do I place an order?
You have a few options:
- Online: Visit the CVS Health® OTC Health Solutions website.
- By phone: Call OTC Health Solutions at 1-888-628-2770 (TTY: 711). You can speak with a live agent Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM ET. You can also order at any time via our automated interactive voice response (IVR) system. Just have your member ID ready when placing your order.
After placing your order, you should receive your items in the mail from OTC Health Solutions (within 14 days).

Many people can’t afford supplies (pads, tampons, cleansing wipes, etc.) to manage their periods. With less access to these products, some people may use items for long periods of time. They may also end up using other options, like paper towels or newspapers. This can cause serious health problems, such as yeast infections and toxic shock syndrome.
You can use your OTC benefit (up to $20) once a month.
