Resources & Services

Need some extra help?

Aetna Better Health Premier Plan values our relationships with community advocates for both Medicare and Medicaid. We believe working together with community organizations will help you reach your goals for a healthier and happier life.

Sometimes it can be hard to understand the health care system. When you need extra help to find the resources you need, we are here.  We have partnered with these organizations to bring you the resources you need.

Some of the service offered include:

  • Food
  • Caregivers for the disabled and elderly
  • Programs for disabled adults
  • Help to quit smoking

Call Michigan Office of Services (OSA) to the Aging at 1-517-373-8230 for more information on these and other programs.
