The List of Covered Drugs and/or pharmacy and provider networks may change throughout the year. We will send you a notice before we make a change that affects you.

You can also get member materials in other languages. We provide these materials at no cost. Please call Member Services at 1-855-676-5772 (TTY: 711).

Starting January 1, 2026, Aetna Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP) will switch to Aetna Medicare HIDE (HMO D-SNP). You can find all the 2026 materials you need for your new plan on our materials, forms and resources page
