Healthy Michigan

Healthy Michigan is a healthcare program through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). Healthy Michigan Plan covers people with income up to 133% of the Federal Poverty Level who are:

• Ages 19 to 64
• Not currently eligible for Medicaid
• Not in or qualified for Medicare
• Not pregnant when applying for the Healthy Michigan Plan
• Residents of the State of Michigan

Most people who have the Healthy Michigan Plan must enroll in a health plan. Aetna Better Health of Michigan is one of the state contracted health plans.
