Managed Long Term Support and Services (MLTSS)

The Managed Long Term Support and Services (MLTSS) program is for adults and older adults with disabilities, ages 21 and over, who are eligible for Medicaid and Medicare. You’ll receive your Medicaid waiver services through Aetna Better Health, along with a few extra benefits but you have opted to use another health plan for your Medicare benefits which include services such as preventative care, specialty care, emergency care and inpatient care. Our members must live in one of these counties: Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kankakee and Will.
