Providers who provide Medicaid benefits are required to enroll and revalidate trough the Illinois Medicaid Program Advanced Cloud Technology (IMPACT). More information on IMPACT can be found at Illinois’ informational page and providers can log in here.
Transportation Vendor MTM
If you need a ride to your appointments, call us at 1-866-600-2139 (TTY:711), 24 hours a day, seven days a week and choose the transportation option.
You can also call MTM directly at 888-513-1612 (TTY:711) 24 hours a day , seven days a week. You must call at least 3 days before your appointment. If you need help, call you Care Coordinator or Member Services.
