The Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program aims to improve health care quality and promote appropriate use of medical resources and positive health outcomes for our Aetna Medicare HIDE (HMO D-SNP) members in Illinois. Our Quality Managment staff also works with providers to continuously improve the care given to our members.
