There are two ways you can enroll in Aetna Better Health of Ohio:

Call the Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline at 1-800-324-8680. They are available Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

2021 Medicaid Managed Care and MyCare Annual Open Enrollment

Beginning September 17, 2021, Ohio Medicaid managed care and/or MyCare members will be able to select their plan by calling the Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline at 1-800-324-8680 or utilizing the Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline Member Portal at https://members.ohiomh.com/Login.aspx. You do not have to do anything if you want to keep your current Medicaid Managed Care Plan or MyCare Plan.
