Aetna Medicare FIDE (HMO D-SNP)

We remain committed to serving individuals who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. We are pleased to announce, as of 1/1/2026, that we will be transitioning from MMAI to a Fully Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (FIDE SNP).
