Get quality care and services close to home. We have a strong network of providers and pharmacies to choose from. And there are many ways to search for one.

Get help in an emergency

Call 911 right away if you have a serious illness or injury.  You can also use these resources when you need medical help:

Access the Member Portal

Log in to your Member Portal. Don't have access yet? You can use your member ID to create an account. Then, you can do so much more with your health plan.

Look for the “Contact us” link in the middle of the page. You’ll have access to:

You can send us a secure message with questions.

Replacement cards

You can order a new member ID card if you lose your old one. 

Provider changes

You can change your provider or specialist from anywhere. 

Information updates

You can update your account information anytime.

Find request forms, like the pharmacy exception request form.
