These benefits go beyond the basics to give you that extra boost. A little something more to help support your health. From kids’ health and pregnancy care to more benefits for mental health, vision and over-the-counter items. See how much closer you can get to reaching your health goals with these extras. To ask for extra benefits, you can message us through your Member Portal. Kids’ health and wellness

Kids are our future. These extra benefits promote health and learning to ensure kids have the support they need to succeed. Earn rewards for completing well-child exams. Or get help paying for after-school programs. 

  • Ages birth to 15 months

    Earn $60 once per lifetime for completing six well-child exams for kids ages birth to 15 months. 

     

    Ages 16 to 30 months

    Earn $40 once per lifetime for completing two well-child exams for kids between ages 16 and 30 months.

     

    Ages 3 to 20 years

    Earn $25 once each year for a well-child exam for kids ages 3 to 20.

  • Earn $50 for completing the full combo 3 series of childhood immunizations on or before your child’s second birthday. 

  • Kids ages 5 to 18 can get $100 each year to pay for after-school programs or equipment for sports, clubs and other memberships, like:

     

    • YMCAs 

    • Boys and Girls Clubs

    • Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts 

    • Supplies from sporting goods stores

Pregnancy care

Are you pregnant or planning to grow your family? Or a new parent who just welcomed a baby? Welcome to this new chapter in your life. Whichever journey you’re on, you have extra benefits to support you during this time.

  • Pregnant members can earn $25 for notifying their health plan of their pregnancy. To notify us about your pregnancy, join our digital app, Maven, and then complete the health assessment.

  • Prenatal visits

     

    Earn $25 for completing your first prenatal visit within the first trimester. Then earn $10 for completing every prenatal visit (up to 10 visits) after your first one.

     

    Postpartum visits

     

    Earn $50 for your first postpartum (after birth) visit up to 21 days after birth. And then earn $50 for your second postpartum visit 22 to 84 days after birth. 

     

  • Pregnant members can get a no-cost breast pump. You can get this benefit during your third trimester, once every two years. And you don’t need pre-approval or prior authorization. 

  • Members ages 12 months and younger can get $100 to buy diapers, once per lifetime. 

  • Pregnant members (who are 37 or more weeks pregnant) can earn a $90 gift card. You can use this gift card to help pay for a portable crib or car seat. To earn your gift card, you’ll need to complete 7 prenatal visits during pregnancy. 

  • Whether you are pregnant or just gave birth, Maven can support you through every step of your journey.

      

    With Maven, you have 24-hour online access to:

     

    • More than 30 doctors and specialists 

    • Guidance and info from OB/GYNs, doulas, lactation experts, mental health providers and more

    • Trusted resources like articles and parenting classes

Health and wellness

Get rewards for preventive care, like screenings. Or get support for managing chronic pain. If you’re managing diabetes, check out some extra benefits that can help you get healthier. 

  • Breast cancer screening

    Female members (ages 40 and older) can earn $25 for completing a breast cancer screening.

     

    Colon cancer screening

    Members (ages 45 and older) can earn $25 for completing a colon cancer screening.

     

  • Vision

     

    Members (ages 21 and older) get:

     

    • $150 every two years for glasses or contact lenses

    • $75 for one eye exam each year

  • Kidney screening

    Members (ages 18 to 64) who have a diabetes diagnosis can earn $15 for completing kidney health screenings.

     

    Diabetic retinal eye exam

    Members (ages 18 to 64) who have a diabetes diagnosis can earn $15 for completing a diabetic retinal eye exam.

     

    Diabetic A1C testing

    Members (ages 18 to 64) who have a diabetes diagnosis can earn $15 for completing A1C testing.

     

    Healthy foods

    Members ages (18 to 64) who have a diabetes diagnosis and are enrolled in care management can get $50 each month for healthy food and groceries. To get this reward, you need to be enrolled in care management and complete all of the diabetes screenings above.

  • Get three meals each day for up to 12 weeks when you return home from an inpatient stay at a hospital.

     

    This is for members enrolled in care management who have any of these conditions: 

     

    • Anemia

    • Asthma

    • Cancer 

    • Chronic heart failure

    • Chronic kidney disease or end-stage renal disease

    • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

    • Diabetes 

    • Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

    • Hypertension (high blood pressure)

    • High-risk pregnancy

    • Non-healing wounds 

    • Obesity

  • Members who have an asthma diagnosis and are enrolled in care management can get $250 each year to manage home-based asthma triggers. You can use this benefit amount toward supplies and services, like:

     

    • Bedding

    • Air filters or air purifiers

    • Carpet cleaning services 

    • Pest control services

  • Members (ages 21 and older) who have a chronic pain diagnosis and are enrolled in care management can get $500 to use toward treatment, such as:

     

    • Acupuncture

    • Massage therapy

    • Chiropractic 

    • Dry-needling

    • Yoga 

  • American Indian and Alaskan Native members can get up to $400 each year for traditional healing practices. To get this benefit, you must complete your health risk screening.

Mental health and substance misuse

Mental health is a big part of your overall health. That’s why we offer several ways to help, including support for treating substance use disorders as well as paying for behavioral health visits and recovery housing. You can also get app tools that offer digital companionship.

  • Members (ages 6 and older) can earn $20 for each follow-up visit (up to 4 visits) with a provider within 30 days of a hospital or facility stay for behavioral health.

  • Members (ages 13 and older) can use Pyx Health. This app offers you 24/7 digital companionship and support to meet your needs, as well as those of your caregiver.

  • Members (ages 13 and older) can use Teladoc for mental health coaching to help strengthen emotional health. The app offers tools and support for depression, substance misuse, quitting smoking and early pregnancy.

  • Members (ages 18 and older) enrolled in care management can get up to $600 each month (for up to 3 months) to pay for sober living at an approved facility. Members must have successfully completed inpatient substance use disorder treatment or been released from an Oklahoma Department of Corrections prison within the last 30 days.

Financial help and healthy living 

Need help buying health items or getting rides? Or want to earn rewards for taking healthy actions?  

You can get funds and other support to help you with daily living. This way you can stay focused on wellness and feeling better.  

  • Each household receives a $25 monthly benefit to use at CVS Health® stores. Shop for health products in store or get delivery for baby and personal care items, first aid needs and more. The oldest member in the household will receive the benefit. 

     

    More about your OTC benefit

  • Eligible members (ages 18 and older) can receive a no-cost smart phone or wireless plan through Thrive Mobile. Your smartphone will help you stay in contact with your health care team and includes services, like:

     

    • Aetna Better Health apps

    • Helpful resources 

    • Texts, talk minutes and data each month 

     

    Your smartphone is secure and private. And your phone number won’t be shared. Your privacy is always protected.

  • All members get $40 each year for activities, like:

     

    • Oklahoma State Parks

    • Oklahoma City Zoo 

    • Tulsa Zoo

     

  • If you need a ride for nonmedical reasons, we can help. We work with ModivCare to offer you 10 round-trip rides (up to 60 miles per trip) each year for things, like:

     

    • Job interviews or training

    • Food banks or grocery stores

    • Community-based or non-profit groups 

    • Community health centers

     

    These extra nonmedical services go beyond the standard nonemergency rides benefit.

  • Members (ages 21 and older) have waived copays for all medical and behavioral health services.

     

    This does not include:

     

    • Inpatient hospital stay (intensive care unit, critical care unit, and other room and board or routine)

    • Outpatient hospital stay (nonemergency and retail pharmacy)

Skills, training and jobs 

Gaining new skills can help you in so many ways. You can meet new people. Find a great job. Or make progress on your finances. Skills and training also help build self-esteem and create a sense of purpose. All healthy goals

  • Members ages 18 and older (or 16 to 17 with consent from a parent or legal guardian) can get help from a career support platform. You can:

     

    • Get job skills training 

    • Find new career paths 

    • Take courses to prepare for the General Equivalency Diploma (GED) 

    • Receive a voucher to pay for your GED test after completing our courses

  • Members (ages 21 and older) who've screened eligible per Oklahoma state statute for expungement (criminal record removal) can get $150 to help pay for filing fees.
