For members

Are you dealing with a disaster or emergency and have questions about your benefits? Call us at 1-844-365-4385 (TTY: 711). We’re here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

If you need help right away, you can call:

  • 24-Hour Nurse Line: Just call us and we’ll connect you.

  • 24-hour Crisis Line: Call us and press 1 for the crisis option.

  • 988 Oklahoma Mental Health Lifeline: Call or text 988, and trained counselors can help you anytime.

Stress, anxiety and other depression-like symptoms are common reactions after a disaster. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) created this national hotline for prompt crisis counseling. It’s for those with emotional distress due to natural or human-caused disasters. This toll-free, multilingual and private crisis line is for people living in the United States and its territories. Call to connect with a trained crisis counselor.

Call the SAMHSA Disaster Distress Helpline at 1-800-985-5990. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can find resources from The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security (ODEMHS). Learn about creating an emergency plan. You’ll also find other safety topics, from winter weather and wildfire to tornados, floods and lightning.

If you don’t have a ride to a health care visit, we can help. We cover rides to and from medical services like doctor visits, dental care and behavioral health care. We also cover non-medical rides to places like job interviews or training, the grocery store, senior service programs and more.

To schedule a ride, call ModivCare at 1-877-718-4208 (TTY:1-866-288-3133). Be sure to schedule your ride at least three business days before you need them.

Emergency refills

Need medicine during an emergency or disaster? Members can get up to a:

  • 30-day supply of an emergency refill for non-controlled substance medicine during a disaster or emergency

  • 10-day supply of emergency refill for controlled substance medicine when the prescriber and the Drug Enforcement Administration and Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics approve

You won’t have a copay for these emergency refills. If you have the 6 prescription per month limit, this refill won’t count towards that limit.
