MDLIVE lets you talk with a doctor or specialist from the comfort of your home or work. Skip the waiting room and get the help you need, including treatment for:

  • Allergies

  • Skin conditions 

  • Stress

  • Depression

How can you use MDLIVE telehealth?

 

After you register for MDLIVE telehealth, you can log in to your account and use the services on your:

Desktop

 

Just log in to your MDLIVE telehealth account.

Mobile device

 

Download the MDLIVE telehealth mobile app from the Google Play™ store or the App Store®. 

Phone

You can speak with an MDLIVE telehealth agent. Just call 1-855-431-7653.

Do you have trouble hearing?

You can talk with a doctor using the secure and private live chat feature. Just choose “hearing impaired” and any other traits that apply to you from the “accommodations menu.” And complete the online registration. This feature is there each time you log in to the MDLIVE telehealth website. Just choose the “hearing impaired” icon on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.

 

 

 

You can use the live chat feature only on the MDLIVE website, not on the MDLIVE mobile app.
