Aetna FamilyCare Central is the portal for Mountain Health Promise members who have been adopted. As caregiver of a Mountain Health Promise member, you can log in to take action related to their plan. You can find documents, care plans and medicines. And you can find other important info to help them reach their health goals.

Actions to take as caregiver

You can do a lot inside Aetna FamilyCare Central. This portal allows you to get the member info you need, when you need it. Just log in. Then, you can:  

 

  • Ask for a new ID card

  • Find a care manager’s contact info

  • Message a care manager

  • Look up medication history 

  • Find local resources near you

  • See the status of claims and prior authorizations

  • Find documents, like care plans

  • Get suggestions for preventive and wellness care

  • Look up extra benefits
