Secure member portal
On our secure member portal, you’ll find your personal health data. Your personal health record will include:
- Recent claims and lab tests
- How to locate a provider
- Links to useful tools
- Health information
- Wellness tools
- Calendar reminders
Translation or interpreter services
If your primary language is not English or you have a hearing impairment, we will help you get interpreter services. This is a covered service. This service is free. You do not need to rely on a family member or friend to interpret for you.
Tell your doctor that you need a translator or sign language help, and he or she will call us. You may also call Member Services at 1-888-348-2922 TTY: 711 to ask for a translator or sign language help.
If you need to contact us about your benefits and your primary language is not English, we will contact our language line service, which will translate for you.
