Our health plan is designed to help you be healthy. Our Member Services Department is here for you. Call us at 1-888-348-2922 TTY: 711 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Representatives are also available to help you anytime day or night from our after-hours call center.

Member Services can help you:

  • Learn about all the covered benefits and services available to you as an Aetna Better Health member
  • Find a doctor or other health care provider, and help you make an appointment
  • Solve any questions or problems you may have with your care
  • Walk you through our Secure member portal 

Translation or interpreter services

If your primary language is not English or you have a hearing impairment, we will help you get interpreter services. This is a covered service. This service is free. You do not need to rely on a family member or friend to interpret for you.

Tell your doctor that you need a translator or sign language help, and he or she will call us. You may also call Member Services at 1-888-348-2922 TTY: 711 to ask for a translator or sign language help.

If you need to contact us about your benefits and your primary language is not English, we will contact our language line service, which will translate for you.
