Through our Comprehensive Long Term Care Program you will have your own Case Manager to help coordinate the acute, social and long-term care services you need. The Case Manager, in working with your health care providers, puts together a plan of care that best meets your care needs. When selecting a provider for the services offered by Aetna Better Health of Florida, you must choose a provider from the Aetna Better Health of Florida network.
