Are you a Long-Term Care (LTC) member or caregiver? If yes, consider joining our Member Advisory Committee (MAC). When you join, you can play a more active role in the health care of LTC members. And you can help make progress in your community.
MAC
LTC members and their caregivers join with the health plan staff to form the MAC. Together, we meet a few times a year. Our goal is to find ways to improve how we do things. For example, the MAC may meet to:
- Review member materials
- Get member feedback
- Discuss new programs
- Consider changes and suggestions
Who can join MAC
We’re always looking for help finding better ways to do things. To join MAC, you must be:
- At least 18 years of age
- Either an LTC member for at least the past 90 days or their caregiver
- Able to attend online meetings

It’s easy to join MAC.
