Who do PDN services cover? 


PDN is a covered benefit for members under the age of 21 who need constant care. We cover, as medically necessary, up to 24 hours per day with prior authorization (PA).

When a provider fails to give you approved PDN services, we’ll want to know about it. So when this happens, you should report it. 

 

How to file a report
 

There are a few ways you can file a report.

  • Our compliance and case management team checks the email box. They’ll share the info with your case manager or care team.
