Secure member portal

On our secure member portal you’ll find your personal health data. Your personal health record will include:

Translation or interpreter services

If your primary language is not English or you have a hearing impairment, we will help you get interpreter services. This service is free. Tell your doctor that you need a spoken language translator or sign language help and he or she will contact us. If you need to contact us about your benefits and your primary language is not English, we will contact our language line service, which will translate for you. If you have a hearing impairment, you may use either TTY or TDD services (TTY users dial 711, TDD users dial 1‑800‑627‑4702).
