And we know that health care can be confusing. That's why a care manager and a care management team will be assigned to you to help you with your needs.
Call your care management team or Member/Participant Services with questions about your benefits or for help finding a provider. We can also help solve problems getting health care services. It’s important that you understand your health plan. That’s why we translate our materials. Our member/participant materials are all available in English, Spanish, Chinese and Russian (MLTC) and English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, French-Creole, Korean and Italian (FIDA). We can also give you information in another format (e.g., Braille, large print, or audio) or language. And we offer language interpretation services, including sign language, at no cost to you.
