You can do so much more with your health plan when you create an account in your Member Portal. Just log in to manage your plan benefits and health goals from anywhere. Or use your Aetna Better Health® app to take your benefits on the go.

Start with your Member Portal

You can sign up online or contact us. We’re here for you Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Be sure to have your member ID and email address handy. 

Benefits at your fingertips

You can do a lot inside your Member Portal. Just log in. Then, you can: 

 

  • See your member ID card or ask for a new one
  • Change your primary care physician (PCP)
  • Update your contact info
  • Find forms and materials
  • See your health history
  • Track your health goals
  • See the status of your claim
  • Research prescription medications 
  • Find a pharmacy in your area
  • Get support from a registered nurse
  • Connect with your care team if you take part in care management
