How can I use MDLIVE telemedicine?
After you register for MDLIVE telemedicine, you can log in to your account and use MDLIVE telemedicine on your:
Desktop
To talk to a doctor anytime. Just log in to your MDLIVE telemedicine account using the latest version of a Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge browser. If you’re using Microsoft® Internet Explorer™ or an older version of the browsers mentioned here, you may not be able to experience all the site’s functions.
Mobile device
Download the MDLIVE telemedicine mobile app from the Google Play™ store or the App Store®.
Phone
You can call an MDLIVE telemedicine representative at

Do you have trouble hearing?
You can communicate with a doctor using MDLIVE telemedicine’s secure, HIPAA-compliant live chat feature. Just select “hearing impaired” and any other categories that apply to you from the “accommodations menu.” And complete the online registration process. This feature is available each time you log in to the MDLIVE telemedicine website. Just click the “hearing impaired” icon located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Note: Currently, the live chat feature is only available on the MDLIVE website and not on the MDLIVE mobile app.
