Jeffrey Roscoe, Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Roscoe is the Chief Financial Officer for CVS’s Texas Medicaid business, responsible for the financial oversight and strategic planning for one of Texas Medicaid’s top performing plans.  As a seasoned financial leader with three decades of successful experience leading finance teams in the telecommunications and healthcare industries, Jeff is known for his meticulous approach in ensuring contractual compliance while driving teams to achieve the organization’s strategic vision.

Jeff’s career with CVS began in Phoenix, AZ work in the corporate office of Schaller Anderson who was later acquired by Aetna.  Following his transition from a variety of Medicaid corporate finance rolls into the Medicaid managed care finance arena, Jeff and his family moved to Dallas, Texas for his current role.

Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Houston focused in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University in River Forest, IL.
