More about the MAC
We need the support and input of people with your experience and insight. When you join the MAC, you’ll have a say in your health coverage and benefits. You can voice your opinion about issues that are important to you and your family.
What is the MAC?
In each meeting, committee members discuss important topics related to your health and well-being. Being part of the MAC lets you:
- Learn about your benefits and services and how we can improve them together
- Help us understand your needs and the needs of the community
- Network with other members in your community to find better care
Who serves on the MAC?
This committee is made up of members, their families, authorized representatives and community advocates.
How often does the MAC meet?
We meet four times a year. 2022 meetings will start as virtual, so you don’t even have to leave your home. We’ll call or email you the phone number and agenda before each meeting. And to thank you, we’ll give you a $25 gift card for attending each meeting.
How do I join the MAC?
The first step in joining our MAC is to contact us. Here’s how to do it:
- Download the MAC submission form (PDF).
- Complete the form, then hit the “submit” button.
- The form will open your email with the form attached. Just press send.
Once we receive your info, we’ll reach out to you. Don’t forget: Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
