LTSS

CCC Plus members can get long-term services and supports (LTSS) through Medicaid managed care plans like Aetna Better Health® of Virginia.  LTSS helps older adults and people with disabilities live at home for as long as they can. Health plans arrange support services based on a person’s unique needs.
